Thank you for your application to be considered as a grant recipient. FMI STEM Foundation is committed to providing support to communities, schools, and families searching for the formula for educational success. The mission of our organization is to close the STEM literacy gaps that exist in
targeted communities/schools. To be considered as a grant recipient, please complete the following questions by the deadline provided. If you are selected, you will be expected to attend a training session prior to the start of the Program which will cover curriculum, technology, reporting requirements, etc.
